I recently stayed at the Railway Lodge for a few nights and it was an absolute delight. The entire place is like a museum, with fascinating railway memorabilia throughout. Being an upgraded railway station, it is conveniently located close to the town center and shopping malls. Despite being next to the railway station, there was no noise disturbance. The motel is also located next to a Bowling Club and take-away meal options are nearby. The room was extremely quiet, and the shower was amazing. The staff were great and the laundry facilities were very good. a unique and enjoyable experience.

This place is a Trainspotters paradise with quirky decor and interesting places to explore and sit. The room was clean and had all the basic comforts. The manager was fantastic, giving us a free upgrade and a late checkout. Loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Felt so much at home, no complaints whatsoever.
